LOPO TERRACOTTA PROJECT–YIZAIJIN CITY BUSINESS CENTER

Located at the intersection of Junzhu Road and Shangyu Road, Mawei District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, China. This project is developed by Ching Luh Group in Taiwan for the first time across real estate development business, in order to build a complex shopping mall and office, as well as cooperate with Mawei district municipal development vision, and achieve the world trend of low carbon green building. The concept of low carbon, eco-friendly and sustainable development of terracotta panel be adopted by this project into the green building design concept. The goal of green building is saving water and energy, is the first greening building in Mawei district.

The name of the project originated from the historical site of the “Yizaijin city” in Tainan, Taiwan, which was a coastal fortification for Taiwanese to defend against the invasions 150 years ago. With the help of the modern terracotta curtain wall materials, it depicts the classical elements of history by using dark red and light yellow terracotta panels. The exterior wall of the office building adopts combine vertical hanging and horizontally mounted terracotta panel installation system.

In recent years, prefabricated buildings have attracted high attention from the public, especially under the call of the highest decision-making level of the country to develop prefabricated buildings and promote the industrialization of new buildings, many enterprises are eager to join in it.

In the project of Japan JA Group Kanagawa Building, it is a typical prefabricated building by using special shape of LOPO Terracotta panels.

Terracotta curtain wall is regarded as a relatively new material in China. TERRACOTTA FACADE CLADDING PANELS PROJECT—INSTITUTE OF PHYSICS CAS

Located at No. 8, Nansan Street, Zhongguancun, Beijing. The newly-built scientific research building–the institute of physics covers an area of 25,000m2 and a construction area of 42,857m2.

The institute is designed in a rectangular box shape, there is a main entrance in front of the building. LOPO GREY TERRACOTTA PANEL CLADDING PROJECT–THE CITIZEN FITNESS CENTER

The Citizen Fitness Center is located Nanshan Road, Heping District,is a district-level sports facility, with a site area of 7,800 square meters, construction area of 35,000 square meters, a total investment of 180 million RMB in Shenyang City. Fitness Center was officially complete in 2017. The center includes fitness building, outdoor playground, tennis hall,swimming pool and other mass fitness and leisure facilities for more than 30 items. A rectangular box shape is the fitness center main design, which can entrance from all the four sides. The architecture is cladded with gray terracotta panels, on the eastern and western side of the building there is a chock-shape main entrance respectively. The building combine a vertical array of small rectangular aluminum alloy tube (from the roof to ground) away from the surface of terracotta curtain walls. The aluminum-alloy tubes combine with gray terracotta panel cladding, make the building more calm and magnificent.

Project Overview:
China Science and Technology Training Base for Children and Children (short for the base) is a project approved by the National Development and Reform Commission in May 2013 with an investment of 612 million yuan and an investment of 498 million yuan in content and capacity to build a national key public welfare project under the 12th Five-Year Plan. LOPO Facade Brick Project- Jiadu Kindergarden

This project is located in Sanhe Yanjiao Jiadu, which is in a nearly 20,000 square meters of large residential communities and very close to Beijing. The construction area is nearly 5500 square meters that can accommodate 540 students. It is a jointly design by US OBRA Architectural and China Architectural Design Group. It will start enroll students from the fall of 2017.

The main building entrenched in the north of the area, which is a concrete building wrapped by LOPO wall bricks. The building plane can be seen as a section of the arch, facing an activity space which is surrounded by a local trees planted garden. The huge venue between the building and the garden is the soul and focus of the entire basement layout.

The building achieve the ultimate fresh and simple style through a unified facade window size. The homogeneous facade creates a background that contrasts out the open space stair and the platform in series. By the usage of the path between outdoor space and the classroom, it created a very interesting space order. 

The huge amount of buildings was reduced to many smaller body blocks, which make people feel less sense of body weight, and the distant public buildings have become cordial at the same time . Children can get a cordial appointment experience in public buildings.

This project was awarded the 2014 AIANY Project Merit and 2014 Kim Swoo Geun Priview and was invited to the 15th Venice Architecture Biennale in 2016.

The production for customized design of clay facade bricks is not an easy job. Each brick has to be made by hand after the extrusion work. The special treatment provides people a feeling that the bricks are going through hundreds of years, which is just like the historic knowledge’s Precipitation in the school.

How to keep Terracotta Panel cleaning?

Vanke Meixi County is located in the core area of Meixi Lake Area of Changsha, orientation in the new urban center of Changsha Hexi future, rich in landscape resources.

Firstly of all, terracotta panel cladding does not contain metal elements dust and other SiO, do not produce static electricity, will not absorb dust, water rinse wash will keep it clean.

 

On the terracotta panel surface natural texture, there is a certain degree of permeability, if stained on the stains need to be promptly removed to avoid infiltration of panel inside.

1. Pencil, ballpoint pen, impermeable oil can be used to erase the eraser;

2. Slag, rust can be soaked with white vinegar wipe with water;

3. Other colored pollution can be soaked with 84 disinfectant wipe with water.

4. After completed installation of each panel, remove the debris from the site, until the entire project is installed before the clean-up site and temporary facility, use cotton and nylon brush on the board from the top and bottom wipe clean.

LOPO Project — Zhoushan City National Fitness Center

March 22 morning, Zhoushan City National Fitness Center officially opened. Director of the Sports Bureau of Zhoushan City Du Zhili, Zhoushan Cultural and television press bureau (Sports Bureau) Director Wang Jun Tao attended the opening ceremony.Zhoushan City National Fitness Center is located in Dinghai District Donghai East Road, which is the core area of Dinghai District. Before 2006, there is only one indoor gymnasium and outdoor stadium, people affectionately name it the “light stadium.” With the improvement of public fitness needs, Zhoushan City Sports Bureau launched a national fitness center construction, in order to provide more convenience to the people, and decided to take the original site reconstruction. After 8y ears, a modern fitness center came out.

According to Zhoushan City National Fitness Center Director Yu Yuehui’s introduction, the total investment for the centeris more than 20 million yuan. Zhoushan City is the first in accordance with national standards for the construction of modern sports fitness comprehensive museum. The building area is 6,000 square meters, from 3rd floor to 5th floor there are specific area for basketball, volleyball, badminton, squash, tennis,swimming, wrestling and other activities venues, which will be used to carryout games, sports competitions, performances and other activities.
